This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the location is perfect – just a stone's throw away from the bustling market, vibrant restaurants, and trendy boutiques. It's an ideal choice for those looking to shop till they drop. Secondly, the attentive staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They even allowed us to extend our check-out time, which was a wonderful gesture. Lastly, I was pleasantly surprised by the variety and value for money offered at breakfast. It was a great way to start the day and fuel up for exploring the city.
The only minor downside was the occasional Wi-Fi connectivity issue in the evenings when everyone was back in their rooms. However, this was a minor inconvenience and did not overshadow the overall positive experience at this hotel.

The highlight of our stay at Benler Hotel was the breathtaking view from the terrace on the 7th floor. We spent hours enjoying the stunning sea view and it was truly unforgettable. The hotel's location was also ideal, within walking distance to major sights such as Sultanahmet and Highya Sophia. Despite limited shopping options nearby, local shops provided all the essentials. The reception staff recommended Haci Bozan Oglari Turkish delight, which was just a short stroll away and offered fresh and delicious treats.

I recently stayed at Benler Otel Laleli and had a wonderful experience. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and always greeted guests with a warm smile. The management of the hotel was efficient and highly capable, which was appreciated by everyone. The hotel was also very clean, and the housekeeping staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious and varied, one of the best I've had in Istanbul. The location of the hotel in the city center was also a major plus, and the train station was conveniently close.
Nothing to mention.

The bathroom was not very clean and I had to ask for amenities that were missing. The staff in the dining area were rude and not friendly.
